Oprah’s people just people just put up this YouTube video asking why we watch Oprah — I guess my answer would be for the interesting guests, in-depth interviewing and health tips given by Dr. Oz and more.


Oprah has really become the standard for so many things. Literature, current news, the pulse of what’s going on today:

I haven’t caught much Oprah since she’s been on summer hiatus this 2009 season, because my DVR is set only to record new Oprah shows.


But after watching this YouTube video of the prizes Op dog is giving away this summer 2009 based on a word of the day, I might pop over from Ellen — if I’m even watching her and home — some days, or set a few Oprah’s up to record to catch the word.

Oprah put up a sneak preview video here of her show asking “What class are you?” that looks fascinating.


They show rich people and a famous news anchor who lost his job, I believe. And people who have to shop at thrift markets and such now.
